i found your site with a lot of excellent pictures of birds. I have recently added a russian article about hoary-headed grebe in the wikipedia, and there is no foto for it. I would like to ask you, if it is possible to use one of the photos from your site (e.g. photo by Geoffrey Dabb). If so, what license conditions should be mentioned?
