Тут два фрагмента: первый еще раз указывает, как власти НКР называют Геташенский подрайон в числе провозгласивших независимость, во втором фрагменте - уже сам АИ называет Геташенский, наряду с Шаумяновским, провозгласившими независимость вместе с НКАО.
