В последующие годы [[Bilal]] много сотрудничал с другими исполнитеями и продюсерами, такими как [[Dr. Dre]] и [[J Dilla]], что в последствии должно было выйти на [[Interscope Records]]. Дата выхода альбома ''Love For Sale'' была отложена всвязи с тем, что лэйбл посчитал его коммерчески малоуспешным.
