Next day Paris transit backstamp. The weight under 7.5 grams was assessed, expressed as 11 decimes (1.10 francs). 'PARIS (60) - 7 NOV 3' and large manuscript '11' applied at front and small '10' at reverse, indicating 10 centimes due to France.
