This flag never had 21 stripes. Formerly the flag had 15 stripes and the number was changed to 13 for asthetical reasons (p. 19). Please, fix the text. (This is probably a confusion with this flag that have 21 stars). Giro720 04:10, 10 августа 2011 (UTC)
