Цель/Purpose

Well, I am supposed to tell here why I need a bot flag. I don't think I can say that, because in my opinion bot flags are there for you as the normal users, not for me as the bot operator. But someone asked me to apply for one, so here I am.

Note that the bot has already been actively working on ru: Wikipedia for quite some time (see [1]).

Adding and correcting interwiki, using the pywikipediabot framework, usually running in interactive rather than automatic mode.
