I added the link to the Dutch similar Wik-article. Perhaps you might add the Dutch field hockey player Mark Sluiter in this article who was the only non-USSR sportsman who was a regular Master of Sports. He played in the eighties living, studying and working in Russia for the Moscovian Hockey Club Fili Moscow and received the title after his team won the Russian Hockey Cup.
