bordered flags aren't used in any wikipedia editions or any other templates. in description page of the file it's written that it can be used only as a small image because in articles like this one it doesn't look well. in addition, there is already border in templates in which this image is used, so that there are two borders --vovanA 12:06, 15 апреля 2010 (UTC)
