Mention their delicious ham! править
Sorry I can't write Russian well enough to make this comment, but someone please add information about the wonderful ham they make up in Trevélez (just one village in Andalusia). Most Spanish cured ham (such as "serrano") is oversalted and rather tough, but "jamón de Trevélez" tastes just as delicate and good as Italy's Parma ham. I ate it for the first time tonight, and it's heavenly! There's a Wikipedia article about it.213.127.210.95 23:35, 17 февраля 2018 (UTC)
